Discover your innate capacity to heal.
Goal oriented, attachment based, somatic therapy and EMDR for those navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt. Serving individuals in Illinois and Washington state.
Struggling in your relationships?
You second-guess yourself constantly, feel responsible for others’ emotions, and struggle to speak up for your own needs. You long for connection but often lose yourself in the process.
Grew Up With an Emotionally Immature Parent?
Maybe a parent was critical, unpredictable, or made everything about them. Now, you struggle with boundaries, guilt, or trusting your own feelings.
Constantly achieving, but still questioning your worth?
You look put together but feel anxious, burned out, and like you’ll never quite be enough. You’re respected for how capable you are, but you’re tired of carrying so much alone.
Recently Experienced a Trauma or Loss?
Whether it’s a breakup, accident, illness, or unexpected change— you’re having a hard time moving forward. EMDR can help you process the experience and feel more grounded again.
Beginning therapy can feel daunting, as well as choosing a therapist that feels right for you.
