Full Time Psychotherapist

We are currently searching for fully licensed individuals for a full-time psychotherapist position (a caseload of ~25 clients) to work with individuals and/or couples online.

Employees will receive support to market themselves, billing support, and are expected to build up to a caseload of 20-25 weekly clients. We offer a Simple IRA plan with maximum employer match, paid time off, paid sick leave, health insurance and compensation toward additional training.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting intake sessions

• Weekly psychotherapy sessions

• Completing notes and assessments

• Attending weekly supervision

• A small amount of marketing work to help increase client inquiries

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional therapy to individuals and/or couples, while allowing the administrative and business aspects to be handled by someone else.

The ideal candidate already has a demonstrated interest in trauma-focused and somatically oriented psychotherapy, ideally through their own training, field placement, reading and personal work. Most importantly, they should take an active role in their learning and growth as a therapist and be able to strike a balance between asking for help when needed, and demonstrate a willingness to try new or unfamiliar things in order to stretch and grow as a clinician. They also possess the ability to recognize and support their colleagues in their growth and learning. 

A basic comfort with technology is essential.  We rely heavily on web-based tools for documentation and communication.

We are currently hiring therapists who would prefer to work fully remotely, but can be licensed in either Illinois or Washington.
